Trade Finance Program
OUR OBJECTIVE:
- To assist our Clients in the growth and expansion of their businesses
through the
utilization of First Exim Financial Limited's services.
OUR CRITERIA:
- Our Client has a transaction to purchase or supply ready-to-ship, finished
goods.
- The goods are pre-sold to a credit worthy Customer.
- There is a successful business relationship between Client and Vendor,
- There is a successful business relationship between Client and
Customer.
OUR 8 STEP PROCESS, HOW IT WORKS:
- Client has transaction ready but needs financing.
- Client completes Application for Trade Finance/Purchase Order Funding.
- First Exim presents Client with proposal and agreement.
- Client accepts proposal and pays Commitment Fee that applies toward our
due diligence efforts(lien and judgement checks, credit reports, background
and reference checks, document verification and credit insurance).
- First Exim concludes the transaction by funding, implementing logistics,
and recording of documentation.
- Transaction is completed. Merchandise is shipped, delivered and accepted
by Customer.
- Customer pays invoiced amount to First Exim and account is reconciled.
- Prosperous conclusion for all involved.
DOCUMENTATION:
(Please submit the following with your Application for Trade Finance)
- Copy of your Articles of Incorporation or Partnership Agreement.
- DBA filing, if applicable.
- Most recent corporate Financial Statement.
- Most recent Financial Statement of all Principals of company.
- Most recent Corporate tax return.
- Most recent tax return of Principals of Company.
- Short biographical history of Company, products, markets, objectives,
strategy.
- Short biographical history of Principals of Company.
